The story

An empire written in steel

In the early 13th century, the world stands on the edge of transformation. From the vast Mongolian steppe rises a force destined to challenge kingdoms, shatter dynasties, and reshape the map of Eurasia.

As the Mongol campaigns advance across deserts, fortresses, and imperial cities, the struggle reaches the mighty Khwarazmian Empire.

There, amid the collapse of a kingdom, emerges Sultan Jalal al-Din — a warrior whose resistance will become inseparable from the legend of the Indus.

Scimitars of the Indus: The Last Sultan explores an age of conquest, courage, and survival through a dramatized historical action experience.

A dramatized work inspired by history — not a precise reconstruction of every event it depicts.

The campaigns

Four campaigns, one conquest

The planned journey, in the order history wrote it — from the steppe to the Indus.

  1. A Mongol encampment of felt tents and blue banners beneath snow-covered mountains at night

    Campaign 01Planned

    Unification of the Steppe

    The beginning of an empire.

Explore the rivalries of the Mongolian steppe, tribal warfare, the harsh wilderness, and the rise of a conquering power.

  2. Siege towers and catapults assaulting a burning desert fortress

    Campaign 02Planned

    Western Xia

    Beyond the desert frontier.

The Mongol expansion reaches the Tangut kingdom of Western Xia, where desert strongholds and fortified settlements stand in the path of conquest.

  3. Mounted warriors facing the red-bannered gate of a fortified imperial city

    Campaign 03Planned

    Great Jin Dynasty

    Against an imperial power.

The campaigns move into the territories of the Great Jin Dynasty, confronting heavily defended cities and imperial forces.

  4. Riders overlooking a great walled city of domes and towers at sunset

    Campaign 04Planned

    Khwarazm and the Indus

Where a legend refuses to fall.

The conflict reaches Central Asia and the Khwarazmian Empire, building toward Sultan Jalal al-Din's legendary confrontation and leap into the Indus.

These four campaigns are the planned narrative arc. The game is in development, and campaign content will be confirmed as it is completed. Images are stills from the announcement trailer, shown to set the tone.
